Property Management
O’Mahony Property specialise in the letting and management of both residential and commercial properties. We give advice if needed on getting your property market ready, whether that be an apartment, a family home, student accommodation or a commercial unit. We act as a professional liaison between landlords and tenants, helping with marketing your property and sourcing reliable tenants. Our dedicated management team will ensure your property maximises its full rental potential.
We provide a ‘no obligation’ review of your property including a recommended rental valuation. We advise/ recommend the most suitable way to present your property to achieve maximum rent and have a professional maintenance team available to deal with repairs in a timely fashion.
We vet potential tenants whom must then provide references, which are checked thoroughly and confirmed prior to the signing of lease agreements. A security deposit and a months’ rent is collected in advance. We prepare detailed lease agreements. We arrange for meter readings for electricity and gas (where applicable) and transfer these utilities into the name of the tenant. We collect the rent promptly when due. We conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure details of the lease agreement are being adhered to. We register all properties with the RTB.

DIRECTOR
Ronan O’ Mahony, Limerick native and former Munster Rugby player is the managing director of O’Mahony Property. Ronan has a long-standing interest in the property and gained his academic qualifications whilst playing professional rugby. Ronan completed his undergraduate degree in Public Administration and Leadership at the University of Limerick, going on to become a qualified financial advisor (QFA) after graduating from UCD and most recently becoming a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.

DIRECTOR
Having originally commenced his career in the insurance industry in 1976, Gerry O’ Mahony set up his own company O’Mahony Insurance and O’Mahony Auctioneers in 1993. With over 30 years experience in the property market, he joins his son Ronan in establishing O’Mahony Property. Gerry is also a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers, and brings with him a wealth of experience in both finance and real estate.
